Living areas are on the ground floor. The fully equipped open plan kitchen with gas hob flows into the dining and lounge area with large Smart TV and gas fireplace. Fully equipped scullery with dishwasher and laundry with washing machine and dishwasher adjoins the kitchen. Huge glass doors on every side slide away from the open plan living area to connect seamlessly to the pool, terrace and braai and garden.
